Open

Another quiet day. Cooking for book group, some ironing, prep for tomorrow then a trip round town on the hunt for chestnut purée (why not everywhere at this time of year?!). This doorway was a classic Edinburgh door-love the rectangular handle.
Lots of lights and activity -the Christmas lights being turned on today and lots of choirs and other events (although the roads closed off seemed a bit OTT-the streets weren't thronged!).
Finally with my swag secured I went up to the gym for an induction-very nice trainer taught me the ropes and put a package together for me.
Home and settled down for some TV and supper before the mayhem of the week.
