My boy would do anything for a carrot stick, pity I can't train the kids in the same way!

Up 3 mile run, luved it this morning! Had lunch with dad then we were not sure whether or not J's mum would get out of hospital! They shocked her heart to restore the rhythm! She seems Ok we will see her tomorrow! Summer must be over X factor is back!!!
