Chicken Vindaloo

I had a go at making a chicken Vindaloo for dinner tonight. I have always steered away from it in the past thinking it would be too spicy. I found a recipe in an M&S cookbook. It wasn't that spicy but it was very flavoursome. Glad I gave it a go.
