Nanny Sitting

Lou asked if I would look after Josh this morning.  So early start on the icy roads,  two of my least favourite things, to visit two of my favourite people.  I wanted to take Josh to the swing and get some giggly shots but the swings are such a a long walk from their house .  

We went into town instead, took refreshments at a local coffee morning in aid of "Action for Children" where Josh had a little drawing session. Pics were taken there, and I reserve the right to use the shot with a pen up his nose at a later date, probably to cause embarrassment. 

Cooked a three course evening meal that was delicious and very healthy.  I've seen a couple of pics of me where I have been togged and I'm not looking my best.  Five layers of clothing maybe doesn't help but it won't hurt to change my diet to a few healthy alternatives.

So cold out there today.  Hot water bottle came out for the first time tonight.  Made me laugh that it was still hot on Sunday morning.  Must be something to be said for 13.5 tog quilts.
