Derelict Sunday.........Sweet Potato

I had a bit of a shock when I discovered this "not" sweet potato at the bottom of the vegetable drawer. I had no idea that they don't keep nearly as long as a regular white potato. The  advantage was, it provided a somewhat unusual subject for today's derelict Sunday challenge...............a good job I have some chips in the freezer !!
