Swimming in lake Oeschinen

Hiking on a way too hot day. 20km hike with 1600 height meters up, 1800 height meters down. That swim afterwards was the best reward ever!

I seem to be in quite good training status by now, my muscles were not complaining at all, only my feet have let me clearly know they don't like me at all.

By the way, the thermometer at one of the huts (over 2000m high up in the mountains) said: 38°C.
