Staring Down The Road I Built

The 7th Duke was responsible for the current layout of Tavistock center. He replaced a town which had grown higldy pigldy since the middle ages with a new market and shopping arcade. To be fair he did a pretty good job too, which is more than can be said for the current batch of town planners in the UK!
