Stormy St Peter Port

We visited Castle Cornet this afternoon for a Christmas craft fayre. It was lovely to see one of my friends selling her little Guernsey donkey decorations and key rings. She seemed to be doing very well.
The weather has been building up to storm force 10 this evening. Torrential rain again, hail and obviously really strong winds. So we've lit the fire and we are snuggled up listening to the driving rain and the wind whistling down the chimney. I took this from the castle ramparts overlooking the harbour.
