Today's the day ........................... to bite your nails

Phew - it's been a stressful day so far.

This is Will hoisting the Welsh flag in preparation for the rugby match this afternoon - Wales v Japan.  It turned out to be the most nail-biting game ever with both teams neck and neck until Wales managed to win 33-30 with a drop kick in the last minute.  It may have been something to do with the fact that the dragon was initially hoisted upside down - but it was probably more to do with poor play by Wales and the Japanese taking full advantage of it.

Then we moved on to Andy Murray in his semi-final match of the ATP World Tour against Milos Raonic.  That included two tie-breaks to decide the second and final sets - and it was knife-edge stuff all the way through.

As I post this, the score in the Scotland v Argentina rugby match, being fought out at present is 10-10.  I had to leave the room and compose myself.  Otherwise, I'll never make it through Strictly  which is yet to come ..................................
