Fascination

Dog needed out later this evening after tea. Of course it's so dark early now that it was pitch black when we went out.

The darkness didn't stop The Boy and his nose. For ages he stood stock still, fascinated at something up the stairs. I wonder if it was the scent of foxes. Of course by the time I was ready to take the shot, he was ready to move on and I nearly didn't get it.
