Home
Is what you make it. It can be a mansion or a cardboard box. It can be brick and wood or metal with a motor. Home is what you make it. Where you feel safe, comfortable.
For me, this house is home because I share it with people, animals, and things I love. If they were gone, it would only be an empty wooden shell. Home is what you make it.
This is a little pottery chicken I found at a thrift store. The burro's tail succulent hides her broken rim. She has found a home. :-)
