I don't think Newport Pagnell has been "touched" as much as Bletchley has with the growth of Milton Keynes. It still has that old small town feel to it and I think it's fighting to keep the big "little-shop-busting" supermarkets out.
I always enjoy walking around it, as I find something new everytime I visit.
