Brownie hard at work

Good day all round. Quick trip to Luton for a birthday present and some small Christmas bits. Back home to sift and sort, two bags for 'Phil the bag' on Monday, one bag for Oxfam and brownie stuff to a new home.

Will came home and got on with his homework. Surprisingly so did Carys, after changing for Brownies. It may have been helped by the fact I was sitting on her beanbag while she did it!

Just as she finished her homework an email came in with the ballet exam results. She was very pleased with her distinction and even more pleased that she got the same mark (87) as Lily S who had taken Advanced One. There is a bit of hero worship there. They had the top mark of the whole exam session. Her teacher is really, really pleased.
