Neglect

It being Saturday, today is ALL about the pugs. For me, that is. For them, it's ALL about me: getting smooched and rubbed and played with and smooched some more. You can't imagine how velvety those little heads and ears are.

The major remodel next door (less than twelve feet away) is about to start. Giant roof trusses adorn their front lawn; to be installed by a crane after the entire upper half level/attic of their house gets removed. Mr. M told them yesterday (knowing from experience) that if their marriage could survive a remodel, it could survive anything. It's going to be long road for them. They are already arguing.

A surprise visit by favorite ones made our day. At some point I have to start on a small image project for a client but right now I think a nap with two pugs is in order.
