Angel

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my new passport to find the pages adored with these colourful line drawing images.  They show different regionally significant landmarks, historical events and famous people - inventors, explorers etc. 

A colder day and one where my aim was to get through the working day in tact and being reasonably productive.  That done I am now relieved to be home for the weekend. 

I made a new batch of yoghurt last night.  Each time I make it I have been trying a slightly different combination of ingredients.  Last night I used fresh semi-skimmed organic milk and Greek yoghurt.  The resulting yoghut is mild and creamy but with more whey than previous batches.  I imagine this is because Greek yoghurt is  usually strained.  I think my favourite combination so far has been normal bio yoghurt and full fat fresh milk.  I might try that again next time.
