Corporate Training

I'm sure that anyone looking at this may wonder--wth is going on there? Are they detainees? Sometimes it may feel that way. Actually this was an exercise that we completed at our Executive Leadership Training this week. It's interesting how many exercises we complete blindfolded for this training. Thinking about it, being blindfolded makes sense. Most of us go into the office daily, do our job, and yet really have no idea what is going on behind the scenes and why certain decisions are made. Some of us don't need to know. Others need some info to validate his or her existence within the company. Regardless of role we must listen, support, and put our trust in our leadership; otherwise we individually hurt the team and overall company objectives.
