Ready for the kill.

A minute flower spider, perfectly camouflaged in the newly flowering Senecio vira-vira.  She know that it's full of nectar, and she's just waiting for all the nectar feeders to come and drink their fill.

Seeing it's a bit cooler today, she'll have to wait for the sunshine tomorrow.

I have a couple of these plants and they are flowering this year for the first time.

Very exciting!

Big - very big - day tomorrow, but not really looking forward to it all that much. In fact if I could just turn back time, I'd be happy.
