The Baking Bloke

I made my very first ever proper cake!!!!

and it is really quite edible.

Courgette and raisin, with lemon turd and a cream cheese topping/icing thing which went half wrong.

I nearly did not have all the correct ingredients, but managed to improvise by using the chain saw oil from the shed. (don't worry, it is sunflower oil)

This afternoon we enjoyed a very pleasant stroll along the canal, and watched these people nurdling about on the water.
