Mozzarella, peach and prosciutto salad
I was at a loss as to what to have for lunch today as it is so hot. I often read The Skint Foodie blog and found this recipe. As I had a glut of bogoff peaches it was perfect. I didn't have any prosciutto ham but substituted with serrano ham and chorizo. The warmed and wilted lettuce leaves from my garden was just perfect. Thank you skint foodie.
