M9 and a bit

I entered the temperature and precipitation into the Miserability matrix.  9 and a bit, but it feels worse than even that.  

But it's cosy in here.  Also, the 'winter festival' has started.  I think that's what they call it - seems like just an excuse to start Christmas early.  Does Look nice.
