levitation

we took the kids to eastrop again today,, had my quota of three hours sleep.. paying the price for a nite shift and waking up too soon now, but glad to spendafew hours in the sun,, went for a walk round the park and saw a group of kids practicing Capirara (i think its spelt something like that ) damn those kids had some moves on them,, wish i took a bit more time to take some better frames of them .. ali sat and looked after the girls with another mum, chewed the fat and undoutably put the worlds to rights,, the girls filled their buckets full of fish ,,prob the same fish they caught yesterday...nice few hours recreation..back at the house of pain for another nite shift laters , bonus being the sunrise was amazing this morning and i reckon it`ll be the same again so ill take my cameras for a lovely sunrise blip for tomorrow .
