Christmas Cactus

A bright, sunny day but chilly.

The shops seem to be full of Christmas gifts and our Christmas Cactus has come out, seemingly confirming it is that time of year again. Our Cactus has flowered more than once a year for the past few years and is a real delight.

For those who know me, you will know that I am an avid Andy Murray fan - you know, the Number 1 tennis player in the world - but it really has been hard watching him struggle to win his matches this week. Still, if he keeps on going he will be the year end number one player - a great achievement for a wee laddie from the tiny village of Dunblane in Central Scotland.
