Star pupils?

As I mentioned last week, I'm managing an assignment team of 5 makes for the next 3 weeks in Shanghai... i have adopted the schoolmistress approach and awarded stars for good work, and banishment to a naughty corner for disruptive behaviour. So far it is working well, and there has only been one visit to the naughty corner and 4 stars... there is a lot of fun competition amongst the team but I'd rather this than some of the tension there had been... perhaps I should have been a schoolteacher after all
