I have a new bicycle!!

It wasn't an enjoyable morning, traipsing around bike shops looking for old-style road bikes which don't seem to be sold in shops, but after a few hectic calls and a response to a gumtree add, I found Tereza.

She has squeaky breaks (treatment: oiling) and shifty gears (treatment: screw adjustments - thanks to the stranger on the cycle track for his advice) and could do with some oil on her chain, but she is so much more enjoyable to ride than Marianne (Bless her soul) and rather pretty, isn't she just?

I reckon I deserve a nap for my mornings adventures, and then I shall wash and prepare myself for my evening on the tiles.
