Brew Dog
Another day of Fringe stuff.
Our friends went off by themselves to go and see a couple of the galleries while we had a morning sorting ourselves out. Had the last of our holiday jabs at lunchtime and then met our friends for lunch at Harvey Nicks.
Stopped off at brew Dog for John to try our some of the beers. This is his tasting rack of
Punk IPA 5.3%
Dogma 7.5%
Anarchist 14.5%
5am Saint 5%
Had a look at the blackboard to see that they have Thermo Nuclear Penguin and Sink the Bismarck on again, so another trip will be planned
Then went to see the Oxford Review, which was not the best show we have ever seen but was much better than Benny Boot. It was a shame that we got caught at the end of an isle or we would have walked out after 10 minutes. According to his posters and flyers he is meant to be the best joke writer of his generation. Doesn't say much for his generation.
Next up was Craig Hill who was very funny and worth going to see and we finished off the night with Barley Legal who were two South African comics who were very good. Best knock knock joke I have heard in a long time along with a very good Nelson Mandela impression.
