Back Blip


A 5am start to our first day in Portmadog. We went to the Cwmorthin quarry before breakfast, which was simply incredible and I fully intend to go back. 
Breakfast back at the guest house and then over to the Boston Works, where this image was taken. It was rammed full of interesting things to photograph and the young gentleman in charge was very happy to let us wander around. 
After lunch, we headed over to Barmouth, which didn't really interest me but it was pleasant to see. We called at Nantcoll waterfall on the way back to Portmadog and after dinner we visited a power station, lake and then the harbour. 
A day packed to the gunwhales with photography. Bed at midnight.
