Léo looking a bit like I'm feeling.

Another evening training tonight - 2 1/2 hours up and down the Salève - the mountain that overlooks Geneva, not cold but slippery on the leaves and the rocks. Still we all made it back in one piece, apart from one slightly twisted ankle and one bruised elbow.
Didn't get home until 10.30 so too late to eat - going to feel hungry tomorrow.
