Malcolm Gladwell

Made it back to the HR Summit for the morning - just to listen to this great thinker! He is the author of several books, the most famous of which is probably "The Tipping Point". G would have been there were it not for inspections at her school.

He had the longest queue I've ever seen for his book signing, so much so, all the books sold out and more had to be brought in. I paid for one but will pick it up tomorrow. Worked from home in the afternoon and whilst I felt the benefit of my antibiotic for most of the day, the evening has been a different story. Ugh.
