on't top in't middle

Following on from my 'nok ard' blip.

Larger properties are being split and some of the flats are being given interesting names. I've checked the Lakeland Dialect Society website and the apostrophes are in the correct place. 

In keeping with the sign I've tried to get it 'on the top and in the middle' of the photo.
