Booming sea

We can hear it from the house when the sea is rough and it certainly was yesterday.

I had a small win that needed banking and we went for a walk in the late afternoon sun.

Need to get fit before our holiday and also because watching the Hairy Bikers new diet program reminded me I had put on weight this summer. Too much enjoying myself!
