Fair Repair

We had our Insurance adjuster and contractor out today to inspect the damage from the tree that fell on our house. They agreed on the scope of work needed. Considering that we have an old house that is perpetually in need of repair, the tree may have been a blessing, in that it forces us to get some things fixed before winter weather arrives.
