My Dad's a Rock Hound...

...and so much more! What a good man!!

For many years, mom has been active in a Christian Women's Club. Twice, she has asked him to be a special feature at the couples night dinner. First, I learned tonight, in the 70's he spoke on the topic of Citizen Band radios. Tonight, (although it is now last night since this is a back blip...testy little computer...) he shared his love and expertise on the subject of plain old ordinary looking rocks that become beautiful when you take a look inside and give them a bit of polish.

I marvel at God's creation...and I'm so grateful He created my dad, because he's pretty lovely on the inside too!
