No phopa apart from the one . The say was mainly all about sleep and drugs

Until the night when I got an email telling me I HAVE A PLACE iN LONDON MARATHON!!!

Our running club gets allocate d three places and we had a mini ballot and I got lucky !! What a treat . 23 weeks to go

Best carry on resting the foot so I can heal and then train .
