Odball day

One of these bitty days. I'm still trying to wrestle my payment for work done last April from Buckingham Palace! First they asked for a UTR number, then they asked for a bank pay in slip they are obviously still in the dark ages as you don't get pay in slips they are trying to avoid paying £25 to do a bank transfer skinflints.    They then asked for a purchase order number and an invoice on headed paper so I have now emailed them back asking them if they would like my left kidney too! We will see what response that will illicit!
