Practicing

We went for a farewell walk to the Salmon Hatchery. The visitors (and us) were excited to see this juvenile bald eagle practicing flying. Now they are on the airplane back to Germany - sad to see my good friend leave but happy we had two great weeks together.
(At least we think it is a young bald egale)
