Sultan Attire

Being now in Surakarta (Solo), I went to visit the Raja's palace (Kraton Surakarta). Solo is Java second cultural center after Yogyakarta. There are two Kraton here. This is the oldest one. The picture on the wall shows a former Raja (sultan) with lots of thraditional Javanese hats below. I thought this was a good, symbolic blip of my trip to Java.
