SHAGGY PARASOLS

No idea where these people came from - it's the first time they've put their heads above ground in this garden. They're most welcome - I shall not be cutting any of them this year in the hope that they'll spread loads of spores to do their fungussy thing...

And next year come back in a bundance !!

A decent sized Shaggy Parasol can fill a decent frying pan - low heat - bit of butter, pinch or two of salt, black pepper & for the ultimate pleasure - a small clove of garlic - crushed &  cunningly deployed...
