Full Super Moon
The full moon in Saskatoon was at 7:52am. However, it decided to hide behind thick clouds right at the critical time. I was starting to pack up to leave, when a crack of light appeared in the sky. The moon revealed itself at 7:53am. So, this super moon is off by about a minute due to cloud cover. The shot will have to do, at least for a while, as it will be November 25th 2034 before there will be another full super moon that is this brilliant.
I stayed another few minutes until the moon ultimately set at 8:09am, but the clouds came back so there wasn't a clear shot of the moon against the horizon.
It was a cold chilly morning, especially in the dark, and when I set out the moon was nowhere to be found due to the clouds. It was tempting to stay indoors where it was warm. Sure glad that I chanced it!
