Mono Monday 147 - Cold

TheAphid has set a theme of COLD for today's MM challenge. I decided to use one of my Penguin collection as star today.  Even Penguins feel the cold so this one wears a woolly jumper, hat and scarf.  I have added a bit of snow in PicMonkey to add to the cold feel.
