Supermoon.........

.......and I'm sure there will be many more blipped tonight!!

The advantage of being of being in Oz is we are second in line for the moon/sun to rise. 
Unfortunately our friends in NZ have other things on their mind with quakes and the accompanying slips. Please stay safe Kiwis!!

What I Iike about this image is the reflections of the sunset in the windows of the buildings across the river.  There are bushfires around and the smoke gave the moon a good colour. 
I will add an extra of one I took last night "down south" as a comparison with the different colours.
