The classic Friday night shot

We bunged the boy some money and he wound his way to the cinema, then found a weary irishman and shared an outdoor pint or two with him. A was a few steps ahead of me so there was no chance of me catching up.

General day of diligence - well until the pub visit. A deadline hit - fingers crossed for getting the work after all the effort that's gone in. More furniture scavenging as my partner in crime and I enjoyed the evil lair that is the Sally Army shop.
