Friday nights are coaching nights...

This is Brian my mate warming up... we have known each other since junior school and been messing around on the bike ever since.

He was even silly enough to have me as his best man many moons ago..

Friday's we do some coaching for the kids... lots more turned up tonight, a result of the Olympics i think...

At 8 we have the fixed wheels session and i ride an old Honda 90 and pace the riders, everyone loves racing the motorbike but it does get a bit nippy for me .
