Guy Fawkes ten run from Ripley Castle .

Awesome atmosphere

Starts off with a guy dressed up as Guy Fawkes riding down hill on a bike whilst all the runners chase him ( think Olynpic Kieran but not as stupid ) . The race is always done first weekend in Novemeber. Tough tough tough hills but always well organised and always lots of chocolate on goodie bags at the end

Last race before foot surgery this week

It's been a year of One marathon, one metric marathon , seven half Marathons , three ten milers, three ten ks, two five milers, two 5ks and one 1 miler . Also A year I had the privelege to run with Ben Smith the 401 marathon man
