Mystery

It was very much November weather today - cold, driving rain for our trip back from Dundee.  We did our bit as Bec and Murray continue their work making their house a home.  They are making great progress.

We got back to find glass all over the kitchen floor.  The glass used to be bottles on a window shelf.  It looks like a bird was the cause.  Except, while we have found signs of a bird, we haven't as yet found the bird itself.

One bottle which fell but was undamaged.  It contained an old silver threepence which we regarded as lucky,  It certainly has been.
