Grebe in the rain

Surprisingly interesting walk along the beach in the drizzle this afternoon. Started off spotting a male Long Tailed Duck, just before it was spooked by a bunch of canoeists. Then there was a Guillemot diving just offshore and this juvenile Great Crested Grebe a bit further along. A few Oystercatchers, Redshanks, Turnstones and a Bar Tailed Godwit, a couple of Cormorants and the usual Crows, Black Headed Gulls and Herring Gulls. Quite a varied little selection.
