Baking my own bread after a break of several months. Its really so easy and whilst I cheat and use the dough hooks on my little mixer they still turn out alright. So much better than bought rolls and quick to defrost on the top of the Aga!
Another lovely sunset this evening and 2 sceens (?) of geese flying over against multi coloured clouds and blue sky.
