Yum!

Here's dinner tonight. I have to confess the plate is Dave's - my salad being far less interesting to look at!  I am not a fan of olives or raw tomatoes.  It was very, very delicious.

A great long weekend. Felt like more than three days. Very relaxing. Before dinner we walked up and around the Halswell Quarry which is always enjoyable.
