Making Satay

Satays, small skewered meat dish, is a popular tasty fare. Served by roadside vendors, food stalls, as starters in mainline restaurants as well as specialist satay restaurants. Normally a selection can be made between chicken, beef and lamb or order all 3 types. Served with a variety of sauces, the peanut sauce remains my favourite.
