Daylight

Out first thing (well, if you call 'first thing' just before ten - I've been busy! I deserved a wee lie-in! Not to mention some pottering around the house time!) for seventy miles of cycling in East Lothian which took me a good few hours. And then by the time I'd got back and got cleaned up and refuelled, quite a bit of refuelling actually, it was out with the family to see Arrival at the flicks, a film which I really liked. I'll say no more, the less you know the better, you know how it is with these kind of things.
