Acer

My acer is leafless and had been for over a week now.  When Togbe (my canine lodger) and I were down by the local railway line this morning I spotted this acer in one of the nearby gardens.  I think this one, growing among the ivy, is in a relatively sheltered spot and is protected from the wind.

Just about time for the British Legion Festival of Remembrance .... just got time to make a quick cuppa.
